They say that first you judge how nice, then you judge how wise. When developing the user interface, designers strive to make it as attractive as possible for the user. This task is not that simple and requires skills in engineering, conducting researches and even knowledge in human psychology. We understand how hard it is to adapt your design to the needs of the user, to his remarks and wishes. But here at DTT we evaluate professionalism in people and client-oriented approach.
Our field of activity includes apps for iOS, Android, Unity, hybrid apps and websites. We take into account clients' needs and goals, follow the latest achievements and tendencies in IT and build an image of a trustworthy partner. One of our main assets is our team of course. It is a group of young professionals who are passionate about what they do. We know that one of the core principles of the sucessful delivery is combined forces of the team, healthy working atmosphere, good working conditions and enthusiasm. That's why we put a lot of efforts in inspiring people, in taking into account their personal characteristics, in helping each other, in providing support. Our interns immediately side with our permanent employees, get responsibility and guidance and supervision from senior colleagues. This helps them to develop their skills and gain new knowledge. Our interns are involved in current projects for our customers, they learn how to work in real conditions and apply their knowledge on practice. If you want to know more - please read what other interns say about their work at our company.
Of course, apart from learning at work, we want to see that you have some designer background, interest in the work you are doing and desire to improve.
DTT office is located in the centre of Amsterdam. We have a spacious venue which is equipped with our own kitchen, bathroom, cloak room, few meeting rooms, and chill-out zone. Every Friday we organise team events - going out for a drink in a bar, to the theatre, or just hang out in the office for a tap beer. These events help us get to know each other better, create a friendly atmosphere, have a feeling of unity. We value this precious moments when we can take our mind off work and enjoy the company of fellow colleagues.
If you prove yourself as a hardworking, decent, creative UI designer, we would like to offer you a full-time/part-time job at our company. We understand that internship can sometimes be very challenging but we will make it beneficial for both parties.
