Among other things, the point system makes the app unique in comparison with other planning software. It is not planned on the basis of available resources, but entirely on the basis of a score. The higher the score, the higher the need for a visit. These scores are determined using an intelligent formula.

In the day planner the representative sees all appointments for today and the next five working days. Two recommendations are displayed at the top of the screen and the user can view the scheduled appointments.
Schedule multiple visits at once. Ultimately, the app ensures that the selected customers are placed at the most favorable location in the route.
When you click on the info icon, the following info appears in a pop-up window: customer number, phone number, contacts including phone number and remarks for the next appointment.
When the representative chooses not to visit the appointment, the next pop-up opens. From here you can choose whether or not to schedule a new appointment.
The next pop-up will open as soon as a representative wants to start his visit. As soon as 'start visit' is printed, a 'visit started' label is placed in the day planner.
Before a representative can start a new visit, the visit report from the previous appointment must be completed first.
Representatives can easily import the route map onto their phone by scanning the QR code.
Representatives can find all their customers in the 'my customers' overview at a glance. From here they have the possibility to sort customers and to schedule appointments.
Customers can also be viewed on the map. The colors of the pointers indicate how much priority the customers / prospects have.
View all relevant information about the prospect here. The prospect data depends on the data from the prospect visit report. The 'chance of success' to win the prospect is shown in the form of stars.
Schedule an appointment with a customer / prospect by clicking on an empty period in the calendar. Appointments can be scheduled at a specific time or part of the day. Moreover, it is also possible to set the visit duration.
Once a visit has started, a green indicator is present on the customer detail page.
Customers' data can easily be changed.

Complaints can be submitted via this form. Depending on the type of complaint, an extra text field may be added to the form. All fields are mandatory, adding a photo is optional.
Representatives can view various parts of sales information in this screen. This information can also be downloaded via 3G / 4G.
When a visit is marked as made in the visit report, the next pop-up window opens where you are asked to take photos / upload.
Once a customer has been visited, a visit report must always be submitted. This report can only be made if a visit has started.
As soon as a visit report is completed, the representative is asked if he wants to schedule a next appointment with the same client.
Representatives can search the app for customers / prospects by clicking on the search icon in the overview. They can also name the location by means of a voice command after pressing the speech icon.
An overview of fixed appointments. These appointments are sorted by date. The user can change appointments or mark them as not visited.
Representatives can view their ranking among their colleagues. The ranking can be sorted by points or euros. The ranking is refreshed every month.

When the app is connected to the internet, orders and promotions are automatically synchronized and sent.
The database can be downloaded from the admin menu. This screen can only be opened when an admin rights code is entered when opening the app.
Orders / returns / trunk deliveries can easily be entered from the app.
