The Keypath app combines the wellbeing, the involvement and the recognition of employees in a platform for mobile devices. The Keypath app improves the health and inclusivity in the workplace by enabling employees to better cope with stress, burnout symptoms and other health related issues.
Keypath app users can select daily and weekly goals, like drinking enough water, daily walks and meditating. For accomplishing these goals the users will earn badges. Additionally, the app can be used to make and manage appointments with Human Resources. A Content Management System (CMS) is also made for the Keypath app, which can be used by HR managers to score and view performance reviews of colleagues, send questions and control appointments.
